We were just Walking the Dog
I just moved toNewark New Jersey with my boyfriend, We have lived in thisParticular Apt. for about 4 months. We have a dog Pepper, who wewalk everynight in the Same place. The Place is Real Quite lateat night and Is just a dead end street with about Six Factorieson it. NO houses or apt So at that time of night there is nothrough traffic at all...except for the occasional Person tryingto learn how to drive (which is rare also). Last night Wellactually all day was weird my boyfried Seen two black cats backto back when he got to his grandmothers house he went around theblock to see his brother and don't ya know he got arrested...Thenlater that night around 11pm we where walking the dog back there(we always walk her loose when we go back there) From the momentwe got back there our dog was being Super weird...She was veryalert and kept looking for something...We started walking andWhat did we see A black Cat Again...we walked down the block alittle more and seen A jeep Parked on the Side walk..(we go thereeverynight and have not ever seen that car or any car parked onthe sidewalk) I had this really weird feeling (i believe highlyin Ghost Spirits and all that kind of stuff)I was just feltsomething un natural in the air Then Another Car drove up thestreet toward the Jeep...(a road with nothing but Factories andall where closed)I looked at my bf...and told him That thisdidn't feel right, we are in the middle of something lets go..Plusi'm supersticious too.
So we turn around and walk toward a store But we walked on Traintracks which where closed down and not in use. We get close tothe store and see its closed, turn right around again and allthesudden wwe here a train...It sounded so close and the tracks wewhere on are the only ones for miles We heard the "ding ding"like it stopped and then it was sounding the horn we stayedaround there for a while and kept hearing it but seen nothing atall....not a light nothing. So we kept walking It kept gettingclose, then our dog, who was already acting strange...startedfreaking out. All the sudden she's barking and barking Showingher teeth Like someone or something was right there messing withher It was only the three of us she was right next to us No otherpeople animals cars...and she looked like she was barking atsomeone she Was just barking right into the air..Then that was itI said lets go I'm freaked out know..(plus he was telling me someghost stories from PR)We turn around to go home Pepper was stillbarking but got scared of somethig and came running out ahead ofus....then My bf stops I look at him cause i already knew what hewas gonna say....He has chills all over and said did you hearthat? I certainly did it sounded like someone was walking rightbehind us almost breathing down are kneck But of course nothingwas there. We hurried up and went home quicklly after that.
That wasn't the first time something weird happened around there...(thisis the weirdest though)Another night me and him are walkingaround the same place. The train tracks are right behind thestreet (going the same way next to eachother) We sat down andSmoked a ciggerette and just was bullshitting while the dog didher buisness..Out of nowhere Literally with no sound at all Wedidn't see any light no horn or ding ding nothing A train (onthetracks that are not in service)But not a new train an Old lookingstorage train or transporter train just appeared out of thin airand was driving super slow down the tracks went down then up adifferent way but passed us on our other side (the factory blockhas Two Sets of tracks on either side and Both are disconnectedand don't work)The conductor looked pretty old and Lost if youask me...and all the time we lived there haven't ever heard orseen any trains over there Except those two times ONce we saw theone and the other we heard it. My apartment is also creepy aswell...sometimes I feel a presence around me...and see things outof the corner of my eye. I have always been able to feel thesethings but since i moved I felt it more..Sometimes i feel it somuch I prey to god (i'm not very religious Either)but i feel likesomeone is breathing down my kneck sometimes or watching me. Itsounds weird and maybe far fetched but I'm very serious I couldalways feel something with me and my dog in that apartment actslike a lunitic sometimes barking into thin air at nothing, andstarts wagging her tail as if someone wants to play but she isstairing straight at the wall.
