Ghost of Cathedral Daycare
Ok, well this isn'treally one of those "i've seen a ghost" stories butsomewhat like it. This is gonna be short because it's nothingreally big but I thought it was weird. I was about 14 years oldwhen I experienced what it felt to be a ghastly experience.
Well, I live in St. Joseph Missouri and I live with mygrandmother. She use to work at the Cathedral Daycare about 4 or5 years ago. One day she had to stay a little late to clean upand such. Let me remind you, it was in the early afternoon whenit happened. Well, my grandmother was upstairs cleaning all therooms and I was downstairs messing around.
All of a sudden I felt shivers up and down my spine and I wasgetting cold. I don't really know what it was but it felt weird.You know how some people have that feeling that someones watchingyou? Well, I had that same feeling. But there wasn't anyone elsethere but my grandmother and I and I was the only one downstairs.Well, I was walking down the hall of the daycare and I saw a fewpictures of like people and such.
I stopped to look at them when out of nowhere I felt someone orsomething touch me. I got really spooked out because there wasnoone around me when that happened. I couldn't move because I wastoo scared to so I stayed in that exact spot for like 5 minutesuntil I got brave enough to move. I counted to three in my headand I ran for the steps and went to where my grandmother was. Itold her about the incident and she believed me because she hadhad the same experience there before.
She told me that once when she was there that she was the onlyone in the daycare. She made sure because all the doors werelocked and such. Well she was cleaning something when she feltsomeone touch her backside and she got spooked. My grandmothersaid that nuns died there before so I'm guessing that's what itwas but I don't know.
I'm now 17 years old and to this day I get spooked up by it. Ifanything like this happens to you just pray to GOD and he willsend the spirits away.
