You saidyou didn't like her, and you said that you were mine,
But I saw the way you looked at her, The twinkle in your eye.
I loved you in so many ways, That I could never let you see,
The way you feel about her, Has been killing me.
So I told you, "I don't love you," and my heart beganto cry,
I hurt myself, and hurt you with just a simple lie,
I hope she treats you right, and I hope it's ment to be,
Because now I know the girl you fell in love with,
Will never be me.
