This didn't actually happen to me, it happened to my friend's mom's friend, but it is true. Anyways, her friend and her husband were going to go out one night and called a babysitter for their little boy. When the babysitter got there, she toured the house. After she was finished touring, she put the little boy to bed and went into the living room, there she noticed a clown statue in the corner. She thought to herself, "Why would they have a clown statue in their living room, in such a fancy house?" She thought nothing else of it and sat down on the couch to watch television. About an hour later, the mother of the little boy called to check on things. The babysitter told her everything was fine, but she needed to ask her a question. She asked,"Why do you have a clown statue in your living room?" The mother answered,"What are you talking about, what clown statue?" The babysitter said,"The one in your living room." The mother said,"We do not have a clown statue. Call the police and go into the kitchen and wait for the police."

The babysitter did as she was told and called the police. (This is the freakiest part.) When the police got there she told them her story, and the police searched the house, but....the clown was GONE!! After the parents got home, they told the police that a few nights earlier, their little boy had come in their bedroom complaining that he could not sleep because the "clown" wanted to play. --All along it was not a statue at all, it was a man dressed as a clown that was hiding in their house.--This story may not be freaky to you, but I got the chills when my friend told me.
