The Visitor
I guess i shouldjust keep this on one subject, but i can't help but feel asthough it's all related somehow.
First of all, my cousin, Spring, passed away about 3 years ago. Ican see her house through the woods and one night,me and my othercousins saw someone in her window. We kinda turned around and dida double check and we saw a figure duck down under the window, wewere freaked, but due to my curious nature, i made them go withme to check it out. We ran over there and noone was in there, wewould have seen them come out. The next night, we were having abonfire and i was cleaning out the tent. I was talking to mycousin, who i thought was on the other side of the tent because iwas inside and could see her shadow. When she didn't answer me, icalled to her and she answered from inside the house. I backedout of the tent so that i could see over and in it and the shadowwas there, but nothing to cause it. I HAULED IT inside the houseand told my cousins, who upon checking, found the shadow gone.All the grown-ups were going inside from the bonfire, which wasnothing but red embers, not even a flame. I, along with my twocousins, was the last person out there, as soon as i turned myback, i felt the heat of the flame climb up my back. My cousinscreamed, she had seen the flame ignite and when i whirledaround, it was embers again. Once again, we ran and noonebelieved us.
My family has a sort of psychic thing, only a few members of itthough. I and my cousin are just two of them. We can guessnumbers and have feelings on stuff and know what people arethinking sometimes.Well, about four different times, my "un-gifted"cousin were going to explore a new path in the woods where ilive, but this dog, from where, noone knows, would stop us and wewould pet it and forget about our exploration. When my "gifted"cousin and i set off to explore the same path, the dog was notthere, we went pretty deep and at the same time got a HORRIBLEfeeling and decided to turn back. On the way, we got lost and thepath, that was easy as pie on the way in, seemed hard to climb onthe way out. It had gotten VERY muddy and it had not rained. Wewere gettin stuck and we heard a growling in the woods to ourside. I thought it was a cyote, since we have them out here. Fromthe OTHER side of the woods, the dog jumped out and shot afterthe growling sound, we heard a dog growl and an inhuman almostsounding hight pitched squeeling scream. The dog came outunharmed. It then led us out of the woods, that dog became mineand i named him Angel. He would be VERY gentle to me and ALWAYSthere.
One day he ignored me and was around my brother, until my brotherfell off the stairs and landed on my dog, who upon moving, we sawa HUGE nail sticking strait up where he would have fallen on it.Then the dog ignored him. He seemed to come right after all thefreaky stuff happened and my uncle, who i have always presumed tobe a bad person under the influence and even other times, shothim. Soon after, my lab was acting strange one day. That night,her eyes were RED and she ACTUALLY talked to me, i saw her lipsmove. She asked me"whats wrong with you" cuz i wasstaring at her. If someone told me this, i would not believethem, but it DID happen. It is the FREAKIEST thing EVER in mylife that i have seen. I have even seen bloody Mary, which isanother story altogether. You can believe me or not, it justseems that AL the freaky stuff happens to only me and my cousinsin MY house. Everyone says that we have the strongest GIFT. Idon't know, U decide!!!!
