This is a true story that happened a long time ago there was once this guy named Robert that never did anything rit he will always do everyting incorrectly so 1 day dis lady says 2 a worker there "will u file these papers" n she said yes but he wanted 2 do it so he asked n they said no ull do it all wrong. so he got very mad n strangled himself 2 death.
A few years passed and the building was the same but with different painting but there was 1 room that was owned by Robert they said it was haunted. A guy named Robert moved in the room. he was perfect in everything he did. so 1 night the cops called his house saying that someone went in the building.so he was on his way. then wen he went in he cheked all the offices 2 check if everithing was there. at last he went in his room n all of a sudden the lights of the building went off so he went 2 turn em back on n weh he went bac into his room Robert was staring at him so he killed im n his famous prase was "Thats not fair ur perfect im not"tis is in philadelphia.
