This is a truestory that happened a long time ago there was once this guy namedRobert that never did anything rit he will always do everytingincorrectly so 1 day dis lady says 2 a worker there "will ufile these papers" n she said yes but he wanted 2 do it sohe asked n they said no ull do it all wrong. so he got very mad nstrangled himself 2 death.
A few years passed and the building was the same but withdifferent painting but there was 1 room that was owned by Robertthey said it was haunted. A guy named Robert moved in the room.he was perfect in everything he did. so 1 night the cops calledhis house saying that someone went in the building.so he was onhis way. then wen he went in he cheked all the offices 2 check ifeverithing was there. at last he went in his room n all of asudden the lights of the building went off so he went 2 turn emback on n weh he went bac into his room Robert was staring at himso he killed im n his famous prase was "Thats not fair urperfect im not"tis is in philadelphia.
