Letting Go

Letting go
I am trying to let go
but time goes so slow
I am moving on
but at the same time still holding on

as I move on I wonder why..
it's as if your the tear in my eye
I try to wipe you away
but you just stay

I love you with all my heart
but for now we must be apart
I wonder did you ever really care
did you just say we were the perfect pair

this is my last and final goodbye
i love you but you just left me here to cry
so I am going to be strong and stand tall
