Almost everyone that I know has heard of the trick of summoning the ghost of Bloody Mary. The one where you turn off all of the lights, face a mirror and say "bloody mary" like four times I think it is, or something like that and then her ghost is supposed to appear in the reflection of the mirror. Well, one day I was hanging out with a lot of my friends and the subject of this story came up. We decided that we would try it in my bathroom. We all walked into the bathroom and then we closed the door behind us. I t was kind of crowded because we have a small bathroom, but anyways we turned off the lights and all looked at the mirror. Slowly I started to say "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary". I repeated this about two or three times, all of the sudden it dropped about 15 degrees or so, maybe more, but we all felt a chill. All I could think was "oh my god, what have we done?" I quickly turned off the lights, but before I got the lights on, one of my friends looked toward the mirror. She said loudly "oh, my god". Once I go the lights on, I asked her why she said that. She then told me that she had looked at the mirror and she had seen a form of a body in the mirror, just lightly glowing. She said she had looked around, but no one had anything to make them glow. I asked my firends if they had seen anything like that and some of them said they had seen a faint shimmer of light in the mirror, but that it could have been their imagination. I never really did find out if what they saw was really there, but whoever is reading this story would be welcome to try the trick of summoning the spirit of Bloody Mary.
